AC unit of 8 years died during heat spell and contractors where quoting very high prices to replace. Having some mechanical ability I decided to purchase and install a new unit myself. eComfort guided me through the whole system and the new unit was shipped to Calif. in just a few days. Had new unit installed in two days and had a licensed AC Tech do my start-up. I saved almost $6000 dollars. New project will be a whole house fan system which they also sell.

I use the IN11 for a typical 6-fam 3-fl walk-up typical of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. 5,000 sq.ft. living space. Check the dimensions. Mine appears twice the length of the photo. Received the unit in good condition and had it installed same week. The unit works great, little noise and makes me sleep comfortable down under in Southern Texas were the days and nights are hot. Thanks for the great unit.

Have used Runtal UF series before and the quality is excellent. Now if they could sneak more BTUs per foot.
