I have purchased and installed 3 Mitsubishi mini-splits over the last 11 years for myself and they have worked flawlessly. I have been seeing and have heard very good things about the Daiken so I made the change. The entire product from the time I started taking it out of the box to when I mounted the outdoor unit on the wall brackets impressed me. I'm a DIY guy, and this is the first and probably the only boiler I will install. The instructions were fairly clear. And everything works. According to the internal digital and analog thermometers the water in the system is 176 degrees. I understand that's what it should be. So everything is good. It was nice that the unit was so light, I was easily able to move it from the back of my minivan into the basement by myself.

I just had my new system installed. It is a great system. It is very quiet and cools are home very well. One thing if you order a a/c system don't what to long because they run out.
