tech had lot of troubles and there were no instruction given and the part was missing that goes in the furnace metal peace is misssing in the package

As general contractors, we take pride in our customer service. We ordered the product, it was delivered on time with no problems, the tracking was easy, and the phone reps were very helpful. This is the 3rd unit we have ordered, and all have been shipped on time and in perfect shape. Very easy to install... working great... no issues... If this works as good as it is now for the next 10 years, as it is warrantied for, I will be getting another just like it... Wonderful furnace!
