I actually bought 5 Pensotti Wall Panel Radiators, 3 of the 20" x 24" and two of these 20" X 48" units. They are replacing hot water baseboard heaters in a basement apartment. These heaters are stylish, extremely efficient and are priced very nicely. Installation was a snap using the included hardware, HOWEVER, I highly recommend purchasing an extra set of brackets for the 20" x 48" heater due to its weight. I have one of these and am a bit disappointed when it's efficiency drastically decreases when the outside temperature drops below -10C or + 24F. Still I am very pleased with it. Now the inside unit 'chirps', what is up with that ? Does it need to be oiled ? Doug

When we first turned it on we thought we had a problem because we couldn't hear the outdoor condenser running. The QuietCool fan is awesome. We put it in our upstairs master bedroom and run it at night. It keeps the room very cool, almost as good as having the A/C on but waaaaay cheeper. Easy to install and very quiet when running. Great product. Would definitely buy it again.
